Return Policy
Deadeye Dan's will not take any items back after they have been sent into the manufacturer for warranty repair. All other items that are in like new condition, in original packaging (packaging cannot be damaged or marred in any way) can be returned to Deadeye Dan's and will be taken back with no restocking fee.

All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering to avoid a 30% restocking fee. Your FFL is your best source for compliance information.
AMMUNITION AND MAGAZINE SALES
Must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition.
Must be 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition.
States have different rules and regulations for ammunition sales that are subject to change.
We do not ship ammunition to: Alaska, California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Washington State, and Puerto Rico
We also do not ship magazines to:
Over 10 rounds: California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, and New York
Over 15 rounds: Colorado and New Jersey
PROCESSING
Orders cannot be processed until the FFL is received. FFL’s received after 9pm will begin processing the next business day. We are closed on the weekends.

CONSUMER DATA PRIVACY
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. The Credit Card Billing Information, Shipping Information, and Contact Information in our checkout process are required in order to process your order and deliver the product to you. We store some information for accounting reasons. Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unrequested information.
The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by us, and it can only be accessed by our payment provider.
